FAQS

Why should I use a personal trainer?

3 out of 4 people who exercise do not get the results they desire! Of the 1 in 4 who do get the results, almost every one of them has done so by engaging a with quality personal trainer.
Some people are happy to follow their own programme in their own time and place; for those who lack the time, motivation or the energy to train effectively on their own, a Personal Trainer can be the answer. The support, nutritional advice and encouragement is just part of what FITLAB provides to help you achieve targeted results.

When do I need a personal trainer?

  • To improve your health and wellbeing
  • When you want to lose a few kilos or change your body composition for the better
  • When you are unfit due to the same tiresome classes/programme
  • After having a baby or long holiday
  • When the kids have left home
  • When the jeans just don't fit
  • When you are too busy to keep fit, FITLAB can accommodate

How often should I train?

At least three times per week will be sufficient for you to start feeling and seeing results. Although, like anything, you will get more out of it the more you put in. Whether you work out with your Trainer every time or just once/twice a week is up to.

Where will training sessions be conducted?

Personal training sessions can be conducted in or outside your home, in a nearby park and/or a mutually agreed location.

Do I need my own equipment?

No – FITLAB will provide all the fitness equipment required for your training session. All you need is a towel and water bottle.

Are group personal training rates an option?

Training sessions are also available for couples, small groups and Corporates (recruit a friend or two and have fun getting fit together!). If you and your spouse or a workout partner would like to have training sessions at the same time, there is a discount for each of you as long as you continue to train together.

There are also group consultation rates available if you would like FITLAB to come to your place of business or other gathering to teach, train, or discuss health and fitness.
